Over the years Siobhan has trained many chefs in varying environments, including outside catering, restaurants, yachts, private homes, and within workshops and retreats, incorporating her health and longevity approach to food.
Menu Designing
Siobhan has specialized in creating bespoke menus tailored to the needs of the restaurants and clients she has worked for, with her own creative style, bringing colour, flavour, texture, and nutrition to the plate.
Focussing on creating dishes and drinks that incorporate the healing properties of plant ingredients (from vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and flowers, to adaptogens, medicinal mushrooms and herbal tonics), Siobhan is inspired by natural health wisdom, global food traditions, and macrobiotics.
